ཉིན་རེའི་ཚིག་བཅད། • Daily Verse

བདག་བདེ་གཞན་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དག །ཡང་དག་བརྗེ་བར་མ་བྱས་ན། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་དུ་མི་འགྲུབ་ལ། །འཁོར་བར་བདེ་བའང་ཡོད་མ་ཡིན།

“If I do not exchange my happiness for the suffering of others, I shall not attain the state of buddhahood, and even in samsara I shall have no joy.”
